AND THIS IS HOW IT WORKS IN PRACTICE

We get to know each other in an initial meeting.

You give us an overview of your current situation and the position to be filled.

We will show you how we work at FEC, introduce you to our recruiting models and advise you on your selection.

Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to decide whether a cooperation is an option for you.

As a small bonus, you will receive a SUPER DELICIOUS coffee from Elenita Café by post or brought to the on-site meeting.

Now we get down to the nitty gritty.

We start a deep dive into the role to be filled.

This is important so that we know exactly which person fits into your team. This way, we set the framework of the entire search right away.

The interview lasts about 1 hour.

We know that time is precious.

But the better we understand you, the faster your position will be filled.

Afterwards you will receive a summary and a service level agreement.

We prepare the search within 1-2 days and get started.

Then we create a shortlist.

This means that we select for you in advance and present you only the top matches. This saves you a lot of time!

However, we can never say when we will find the right person for you. In the meantime we will keep you up to date.

You will receive the shortlist.
Digitally, of course.
Via a link in an e-mail.
And with just a few clicks, you can invite your favourites directly to an initial interview.

You will now get to know your – possibly – new colleague(s).
We coordinate the appointments for you and prepare the candidate(s) for the interview.
If necessary, we will be happy to accompany the interviews.

After the interview you give us feedback.
And you will also receive feedback from us.

You agree that you are a good match for each other?

Now you make an offer to the candidate.
The candidate decides whether he/she will accept it.
The next step is the sending of the contract and the final signature.

We will be happy to support you with your offer, a contract negotiation or generally with the decision.
